Added The Adventurer Guild
New location: The Adventurer Guild, where you can meet Darius the leader.
Do commissions, gain experience and rank up to unlock perks, stats bonuses and features.
New Shop: Shen - Shop for special items and Sirius - Shop for perks

Added several new items: materials and accessories

Miscellaneous changes/adjustments
Split blacksmith gui into two stations
Added requirements to several features in the setup
Reworked some abilities to move them to mythicmobs
Updated dungeon loot table
Added several new dialogues to NPC
Items' name color now match rarity color
