(hopefully) the final update to text effects!
few bugfixes (mostly on ancient computers)

• Made it easier to combine with other packs
• Compatibility for any future packs that i make

Basically every file aside from the config has been changed with this one (sorry)

Quick hotfix because some gpus/mc versions dint like the previous one

Fixed a visual bug with signs when applying the "Glow Ink Sac" with white letters.

The effects gave some issues on old graphics cards, so here's a fix for that 🙂
